A full refund less office fee will be provided before the deadline.  A Completed Entry form includes a Current Negative Coggins Certificate, Proof of Vaccinations and/or a Health Certificate, and payment.

Rules:

1. Four rides per day total for any single horse when ridden by multiple riders.
2. Riding helmet required whenever on horse, for ALL classes.  (Insurance rule).
3. Dress is informal.
4. Vaccination Record (flu/rhino) within 6 months required, negative Coggins required for all horses.
5. Health Certificate required for out-of-state horses written within 15 days.

Agreement to hold harmless:  In consideration of acceptance of this entry, I agree to hold harmless any directors, officers or members of the St. Louis Area Dressage Society (SLADS), as well as the owners or agents of the National Equestrian Center (NEC) from any claim or loss or accidental injury or death which may be alleged to have been caused directly or indirectly to self, child, or horse.
